The cover design was released in 1933 by artist "DS," who created "Betsy" and other designs. The cover depicts a wide variety of flowers in various colors and shapes, including light pink, orange, vermilion, and other shades of red, as well as pale navy, sky blue, and other shades of blue.

The inside of the cover is made of light pastel blue polyester fabric.

The cover features seven convenient pockets, including pockets for cards and business cards, as well as three large pockets perfect for storing tickets, receipts, and anything else important to you! The cover also features pen loops that double as a closure for your notebook. Simply slide a pen through both loops to ensure the cover stays closed.

The cover is complemented with two bookmarks.
