After exactly one hundred years of absence, the Leuchtturm1917 brand is bringing back a unique writing instrument: the Drehgriffel ballpoint pen, which immediately won the prestigious Red Dot Design Award 2020.

The instrument is made of a combination of brass and aluminum, which makes it solid and fits comfortably in the hand.

The body is covered with a durable varnish in colors corresponding to the colors of the Leuchtturm1917 notebooks.

The pen has a hexagonal olive-colored barrel with a conical grip section and a rotating twist tip in a contrasting color.

It has a soft-writing black gel refill.
