Platinum Chou Kuro Permanent Ink 60 ml

A 46.8% deeper black than the iconic Carbon Black, Chou Noir is an ink whose color is created by the reaction of pigment molecules with the mineral components of paper. The deep black and archival properties of the ink – water and fade resistance – ensure that signed documents will stand the test of time.

How to use:

It is recommended to use a pen filled with Chou Noir ink regularly, no longer than a week apart. Pigment ink that is not used for long periods can clog the pen.

Before use, ensure the ink cap is tightly closed. Shake the bottle several times to evenly mix the ink. Then, turn the bottle upside down to fill the reservoir, which will make ink collection easier. Fill the pen with ink and wipe the nib with a cloth. Store the bottle away from heat, moisture, and sunlight.

How to clean the pen:

Clean your pen before changing ink or if the ink chute becomes clogged. Fill the reservoir with distilled water. Attach the pipette to the pen section, then immerse it and press the pipette to rinse the pen. After rinsing all the ink from the section, leave it overnight in clean distilled water to dissolve any remaining dried ink, then rinse the pen again with the pipette. Allow the pen to air dry on a cloth.
