Hobonichi Techo | Collect & Collage: Pasting Notebook

Pasting Notebook is an album for sticking – easy to use and enjoyable to maintain. You stick paper mementos onto the blank spaces, add a few words on the grid next to them – and the page arranges itself into a beautiful composition.

Design and Materials

• Cover in natural light blue with matte, silver-foiled accents
• Inner pages on a cream base – white cards, receipts, and tickets will stand out clearly against the background once stuck
• Back cover paper made of translucent kraft paper – resembles tissue paper or wrapping paper; the first sheet beautifully shows through the pasted elements
• Thick, stiff, and durable paper – does not wrinkle after sticking, works well with fountain pen ink

Page Layout

• Vertical format combines a smooth area with a 3.7 mm grid (the same as in Hobonichi Techo Original and Cousin)
• A margin naturally appears around the stuck elements – postcards, receipts, tickets, chopstick wrappers, folded A4 leaflets – everything fits without going over the edge
• Grid sections (top and bottom of the page) – ideal for dates, headings, short notes, and stamp impressions
• Thread-bound – opens 180°, allows the spread to be used as a single whole
