Returns
You can return all or part of your order within 21 days of receiving your shipment.
Returns at Escribo are simple and we strive to make them as time-efficient as possible.
Return filing procedure

The return request is submitted via the Customer Panel on the Store website.

After logging in to your account, you can select your order and click the "Request a return" button.

In the returns form , you select the products you wish to return (it is not necessary to return the entire order).

If you submit a return after 21 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the return will be automatically rejected.

Returns should be sent at your own expense to the following address:

- Once we have received and accepted your return, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method you used to pay for your order.
We only accept returns of new products in original packaging with no signs of use.
The customer covers the costs of returning the shipment.
Personalised products and inks are non-returnable.
Complaints
If any of the products is faulty, please contact us by email or phone (info@escribo.pl +48 504 910 110) and we will do our best to shorten the complaint process to a minimum.
