1. What products can I find in the Escribo store?
Escribo specializes in selecting the best writing and paper accessories in Poland (and perhaps even Europe!).
We offer notebooks, planners, fountain pens, pencils, and ballpoint pens from renowned brands such as Esterbrook, Platinum, Ystudio, Blackwing, Kaweco, Midori, and TRAVELER'S Company. Each product has been carefully selected to combine high quality, functionality, and unique design.
Escribo was the first in Poland to introduce brands such as Hobonichi, Tomoe River, The Superior Labor, and many, many others.
2. How does the order fulfillment process work?
Orders placed on weekdays after 5:00 PM, as well as on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day. With DHL, orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day (except Saturdays and Sundays). You can check the current order status in the "Your Account" section.
3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer a wide selection of secure payment methods:
- Payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Online payments (PayU, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Traditional bank transfer
- PayPal system
- Deferred payments PayPo
Orders await payment for 7 business days – after this time they are automatically canceled.
4. How can I return or make a complaint about a product?
- Returns - You may return a product for any reason within 21 days of receipt, provided the product shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging. Before making a return, please contact us by email at info@escribo.pl with the subject "return" and your order details.
- Complaints - In the event of technical defects or damage incurred during transport, please complete a complaint report in the presence of the delivery person and contact us by email or letter. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
5. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes, changes to your order can be made up until the shipment. This includes canceling certain items, changing the delivery address, or changing the invoice details. If you paid in advance, changes must be agreed upon by email or phone.
6. Where is your stationary store located?
Since 2018, our brick-and-mortar store has been operating in Katowice at 17 Plebiscytowa Street. This is where we have gathered our stationery gems, limited collections, and collector's editions, which you can see, touch, and feel for yourself.
7. Where are the orders shipped from?
All products available at Escribo are held in our warehouse in Poland, with the exception of products marked as pre-order.
8. Can I combine two orders into one?
From 1 July 2026, due to warehouse changes, we will not be able to combine two orders.
