TACCIA Ukiyo-e Ink | Hokusai-kokihanada
- Description
Kokihanada—a deep, dark blue with an intense pink sheen—is one of eight colors in the TACCIA Ukiyo-e Ink | Katsushika Hokusai collection, inspired by the series Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji. The two-tone sheen effect—deep blue in the ink layer, pink where it accumulates—evokes the richness and complexity of colors used by Hokusai: from the cool blues of the ocean to the warm reflections of dawn and dusk over Fuji.
