tanakadaisuke is the brand of Daisuke Tanaka—a costume designer and embroidery artist who hand-embroiders with beads, spangles, and lace to create works of classical elegance. The cover of Starlight is an embroidered print of the moon and stars—made up of countless beads, sequins, and spangles with silver foil details, against a background of scattered stardust. The lightweight hardcover gently yields to pressure.

Each planner comes with a clear, self-adhesive corner pocket to attach anywhere on the inside of the cover.

Material and Details

• Paper: Iconic Tomoe River—extremely thin, light, and durable. Thanks to its exceptionally smooth surface, it takes fountain pen ink beautifully, without bleeding through. Thread-stitched binding.
• Cover: Matte paper with a polypropylene (PP) coating.
