Hobonichi Graph Notebook A5 | Naoki Ishikawa: Denali in the Midnight Sun 1
The Plain Who is it? notebook features 288 pages of ultra-thin Japanese Tomoe River paper. The pages are printed in a grid pattern with 3.7mm spacing. The notebook features grids in four colors: red, blue, green, and purple.
Tomoe River paper, thanks to its properties, has been appreciated by fountain pen users because, despite its weight (52g/m2), the ink does not bleed through to the other side.
The notebook has a hard paper cover with a reinforced spine, so it always lays flat, ensuring high writing comfort.
The cover features a photo of Denali, the highest mountain in North America, taken by Naoki Ishikawa. Cyanotype is a photographic process that involves a chemical solution and exposure to UV light. The appeal of this design comes from the brushstrokes, which allow you to see where the solution was applied.
