The Monocle by Leuchtturm1917 edition is the first collaboration of its kind, resulting in eye-catching notebooks, planners and accessories bearing the logo of the project's ambassador, the lifestyle magazine MONOCLE.

The series also included the Drehgriffel ballpoint pen. The barrel is coated with a durable varnish in colors matching the Leuchtturm1917 notebooks from the MOCNOCLE edition – navy blue, gray, yellow, and black with gold accents.

The instrument is made of a combination of brass and aluminum, which makes it solid and fits comfortably in the hand.

The pen has a hexagonal shape with a conical grip section and a gold-colored twist tip. The barrel features the MONOCLE logo and the Leuchtturm1917 Drehgriffel.

It is equipped with a replaceable black cartridge.
