The name of the series refers to aviation – "alettone" is an aircraft wing flap, and the cover flap folds neatly like a wing in flight.

Design and workmanship

• Sweet and cheerful composition: The front of the cover is adorned with a riot of colorful illustrations depicting iconic sweets – Japanese soda with melon ice cream, fluffy donuts, and adorable cupcakes.
• Silver, embossed message: The cover is embossed with silver foil: "Writing by hand is like sending your mind on a journey."
• Textured mint-colored flap: The closing flap is made of a pleasant-to-the-touch material in a pastel mint shade with a subtle texture – a soft and luxurious finish.

Functionality and details

• Material: Soft, flexible, and feather-light premium PVC – feels great in hand and is resistant to daily transport challenges.
