This unique Hobonichi Techo cover was created in collaboration with the V&A (Victoria and Albert Museum in London). The collection celebrates the highly acclaimed Arts and Crafts designs created by William Morris and his artistic companions. Drawing from the museum's unparalleled collections, each cover combines iconic, historical design with Hobonichi's unique style.

Design and Craftsmanship

• Front — Blackthorn (John Henry Dearle): An iconic wallpaper motif by a close friend and collaborator of William Morris. The intricate design celebrates the arrival of spring through intertwined hawthorn and blackthorn buds.
• Back — Leicester (1912): A wallpaper design rich in stylized floral motifs and delicate botanical details.
• Fabric: High-quality, smooth polyester — allows for extremely precise and faithful reproduction of intricate, vintage floral designs.

Interior and Details

• Interior: Contrasting, vibrant yellow lining, enlivening the entire composition.
• Pen holder: Woven in an elegant loop, designed to securely hold the pen by its barrel. It is adorned with Morris's famous quote: "Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful."
