Caran d’Ache 849 Pen and 844 Pencil Set | Toile de Jouy | Limited Edition

Geneva illustrations for notes and sketches

The Caran d’Ache Toile de Jouy set combines the iconic 849 pen and a mechanical pencil. The pen features an elegant cream-white body decorated with blue illustrations, while the pencil has a blue body with delicate white patterns. Both designs by Suzanne Pinon draw inspiration from characteristic places in Geneva and refer to the French decorative tradition of Toile de Jouy.

You will reach for the pen for everyday notes, and for the pencil for sketches and ideas that may still change. Both writing instruments have lightweight, hexagonal aluminum bodies. A decorated gift box completes the set.
